If they don’t require the GMAT, chances are they aren’t top ranked. Sorry

Do not worry about the “nay-sayers”. Check Out the AASCB International, if they are accredited here there are top ranked. In addition, there are a few school that will not require GMAT, but real experience instead. Good Luck!!!

I’m afraid that the first answerer is right and the second is totally wrong.

Top Ranked = selective. The only reason why they might not have GMAT is that they are not in English, but then again, you didn’t say that you are fluent in any other language and most top schools, even in non-English speaking countries, have English language (with GMAT) programmes. This is where the first answerer is right.

AASCB = accreditation. It means that the school complies with certain standards (that is, it is not totally lame), but it could be a not so well-considered school. There are many schools that are accredited. In the world of business administration, it is very important, which school you’ve attended.

I suggest that you’ll go through this list, perhaps one of them would be suitable for you.

The results here include the Open University Business School as a top business school that admits without GMAT
